1. Who is responsible for your data

We process personal data in accordance with Law No. 09-08 of 18 February 2009 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, and under the supervision of the CNDP (Commission Nationale de contrôle de la protection des Données à caractère Personnel).

2. Data we collect

We only collect the data we need to answer you and follow your study project:

• Contact form: name, email address, phone number, destination of interest, current study level, preferred contact channel and your message.
• WhatsApp: your phone number, your WhatsApp profile name and the content of the messages you send us.
• During our support: the documents and information you choose to share with us for your applications or visa file, such as transcripts, diplomas or passport details.
• Browsing data: technical data collected through cookies, such as your language preference, pages visited and general device and browser information (see section 9).

Please do not send us sensitive data (for example health information) unless it is required for a specific application or visa procedure and we have asked for it.

3. Why we use your data

• To answer your requests and organise consultations, in person or online.
• To follow up your study abroad project: orientation, applications, test preparation and visa file, when you ask us to support you.
• With your consent only: to send you news about our services, events or useful information on studying abroad. You can withdraw this consent at any time.
• To run, secure and improve this website.

4. Legal basis and consent

We process your data on the basis of your consent, given when you submit the contact form or write to us, and because the processing is necessary to provide the support you request. You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to us. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing carried out before.

5. Who receives your data

• ProTrain staff in charge of answering you and following your project. Access is limited to what each person needs.
• Universities, schools, test centres and consulates, only at your request and only as part of the service you asked for, for example when we submit an application or help you prepare a visa file.
• Technical service providers acting on our instructions: Africodex (Marrakech), which develops and maintains our website and business tools; Hostinger International Ltd (Cyprus), which hosts the website; Microsoft (Microsoft 365) for email; Meta (WhatsApp Business) when you write to us on WhatsApp; Google, which displays the map on our contact page and provides Google Analytics.

We do not sell your personal data.

6. Transfers outside Morocco

When you apply to institutions abroad, some of your data is necessarily sent to those institutions, to application platforms or to the consular services of the destination country. These transfers are made at your request and only to carry out the service you asked for, within the conditions set by Law No. 09-08. 7. How long we keep your data

We keep your data only for as long as necessary for the purposes above, and at most 24 months after our last exchange with you if you do not become a client. After that, data is deleted or anonymised, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

8. Your rights

Under Law No. 09-08, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you;
• Rectify data that is inaccurate or incomplete, or have it deleted;
• Object, for legitimate reasons, to the processing of your data, and object at any time and without cost to its use for marketing.

To exercise these rights, write to admin@protraincompany.com or send a letter to our address above, with a copy of an identity document. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the CNDP (www.cndp.ma).

9. Cookies

This website, built with Odoo, uses technical cookies that are necessary for it to work, for example to keep your session, remember your language and record your cookie choice. With your agreement, it also uses audience measurement and advertising cookies: the visitor statistics built into Odoo, Google Analytics (Google) and the Meta Pixel (Meta), to understand how the site is used and to measure the results of our advertising. You can accept or refuse non-essential cookies in the cookie banner, and delete cookies at any time in your browser settings.

10. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access, including limited access for staff and secure connections (HTTPS) on this website. No system is completely secure, so please choose the channel you use to send sensitive documents with care.

11. Updates to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our services or in the law. The date of the latest version is shown at the top of this page.
