Frequently asked questions
Short answers to the questions students and parents ask us most.
A consultation with ProTrain takes place in our office in Guéliz, Marrakech, or online. We review your academic profile, goals and budget, explain the realistic options and the next steps, and you then decide how you want us to support your project. ProTrain offers both free and paid consultations, and we confirm the conditions when you book.
Ideally 9 to 12 months before the intended start date. Many universities open applications close to a year in advance, and a student visa can usually only be requested once you hold an admission. Starting early leaves time for language tests, document translations, the visa procedure and finding accommodation without rushing.
ProTrain guides students toward France, Spain, Canada, the United Kingdom, the United States, Germany and China. During the consultation we compare these destinations for your profile: programs available, language of instruction, admission calendar, cost of living and student visa requirements, so you can choose with all the facts in hand.
Yes, and we encourage it. Studying abroad is a family project, often financed by parents. ProTrain keeps parents informed at each important step, can meet them with the student, and organises regular tutoring sessions so that everyone understands the choices, the deadlines and the documents still expected.
